CNC machining ensures dimensional precision, superior surface finish, and consistent quality for wireless microphone housing components. With tolerances maintained at the ±0.01mm level, it guarantees perfect assembly consistency.The process delivers a high-quality, well-fitted tube that protects the microphone’s internal components effectively.

To reduce costs when sourcing microphones from China, we recommend purchasing components directly from specialized microphone parts manufacturers, then having them assembled by a separate assembly factory. This approach allows you to control costs at every step of the production process.

The die-cast blank only requires finish milling of threads, drilling of button holes, and surface finishing. The CNC time per piece can be reduced to 5–8 minutes. Since CNC costs are typically charged by the minute, machining labor costs can be reduced by over 60%, enabling high-volume production at extremely competitive unit prices.

Our equipment is continuously being upgraded and optimized. Currently, our core equipment includes three large die-casting machines, more than 30 automatic lathes, 20 horizontal machining centers, a fully automated gantry machining center production line, and a complete spray-coating production line.
